Account Manager - Up to £27k pa - Ewell, Nr. Epsom, Surrey

A fast growing integrated communications agency with a range of interesting and challenging clients many in the retail sector. They now need to expand the team and are looking for a committed account manager who can grow with the agency. One of their clients in based in Paris so the successful applicant will take regular trips to Paris on average once every two months!

The role
Joining a small team to help the agency take the next step and continue to grow. Working closely with the Senior Account Manager and partners on the agencies key accounts. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape and develop the account management function and have a key role in the business as a whole.

Experience and skills:
Advertising/integrated agency experience
Knowledge of internal communications and/or B2B marketing campaigns would be a distinct advantage
Good understanding of strategic and creative process
Highly motivated and organised team player with the ability to work under pressure and use initiative to meet tight deadlines and handle complex projects
Excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with a keen eye for process
Strong project and financial management
Excellent written and oral presentation skills
French would be an advantage

Candidate Profile
A good communicator, someone who is organised is essential. You will have bags of enthusiasm and be ready to get involved in all aspects of your client accounts and the team management.
