Job Description

One of the Regions' best known Retail agencies is looking for a Head of Design to wor between the main board and the creative team, ensuring that the highest standards of quality, creativity and brand savvy are always at the fore.

The role requires someone is is able to be hands on when necessary, but just as importantly we need someone who can challenge thinking, speak passionately and persuasively to clients, and add insight and value to all projects working  thier way through the creative team.

The main focus of the business is retail, so we're looking for someone who finds the industry, fascinating, challenging and ultimately something that they feel a real desire to work in and push the boundaries.

We're looking for undoubted talent, but just as importantly we're looking for a people person who loves to bring on members of the team, and can enthuse colleagues and clients alike with your ideaas, energy and insight.
