Working closely within the Implementation team and with the Client partners and Account Directors this role is high end which is crucial to achieving a successful operation and business growth, ensuring that the creative studio works effectively and efficiently in terms of operations, workflow, resource planning and productively in a commercial way.
Commitment should be delivered to cover the following:
- To liaise with clients to establish and, where appropriate, challenge technical & budgetary parameters on any brief or project.
- To work with creatives, clients & suppliers to ensure that all agency work will be implemented to the desired effect and highest quality.
- To ensure that all design & artwork has been checked and approved from a technical viewpoint before leaving the design studio.
- Where clients & suppliers allow, to ensure that all agency work for clients is proofed and printed to the required quality standards.
You will be responsible for:
Delivering fresh thinking championing the brand idea throughout the project
Selling print production consultancy and management services, including maximising turnover, growth and profit for implementation projects. (targets set in personal objectives)
Manage and run implementation projects to deliver to our clients in a commercial way.
Management and delivery of project work brief to delivery. Challenge the brief and inspire fresh ways of thinking that ultimately deliver the best results for our clients and their brands.
Developing action plans and specific strategies to meet objectives based on gaining a thorough understanding of the category and client business.
Understanding the broader context of the consumer brand experience and adding value to client relationships beyond pure brand design.
Manage and deliver projects, which result in clients briefing us on further work to demonstrate a good level of repeat business, and new opportunities.
You will be a key team player, ensuring that all projects are run smoothly on time and budget whilst liaising with client's on their brand and how this sits within the market place.
