Job Description

This is a great opportunity to join one of the most reputable networked agencies in town!. Part of a large Group they work with some of the most prestigious brands around, from large Mobile phone companies and Telco to retail brands and TV channels. You would have exposure to working on broadcast branding, packaging, brand guardianship to marcoms. They are seeking a first rate Account Executive to help manage clients and deliver a range of projects. This newly created role requires a hands on, self motivated individual with good attention to detail skills.

You will be able to:
·Identify both consistencies and inconsistencies across the brand in all markets
·Assist in the writing and pulling together of the all market quarterly review reports
·Able to take on small projects under supervision with a view to be able to build end
to end understanding of project process, budgets, timings, creative output, etc
·General administrative support as required on every project
·Understanding of Maconomy, opening jobs, time sheets, etc
·Ensure travel and cabs are being booked
·Clear understanding of third partly costs and responsible for invoicing them
·Prepare meeting rooms for client meetings
·Prepare action lists
·Attend client meetings where necessary and produce meeting
contact reports
·Gain an understanding of the finances of projects; begin to produce estimates
·Responsible for logging and archiving account presentations and research
·Help with desk research and gathering information for presentations/pitches

Experience in print and production is desirable. In addition you'll have all the necessary skills to deliver projects on time and to budget. Working at this agency will enable you to develop your skills and grow, working with some very talented individual's within the industry.
