Job Description

This high profile branding consultancy are looking for a talented client services specialist. With offices in Europe and the US, they are fast growing hence the need for another hands on and strategic Account Manager. You will already be at Account Manager level with a strong back ground in branding from a reputable design agency.

You will be a creative thinker, who is used to working with big global clients.
Able to interact between clients and work closely with their principals, consultants and creative team you will play a key role within the business.

The role:

-producing project schedules/proposal writing
-setting agendas
-ensuring deadlines are met
-setting project budgets, payment schedules with clients and tracking fees
-studio scheduling and resourcing internal teams
-co-ordinating workshops (with internal and external teams)
-organising interviews and workshops for consultants (and creative teams)
-Produce meeting notes
-Chair progress meetings with clients/internal teams
-Project brainstorm sessions set up and hosting
-Produce weekly status reports for clients
-Brief/debrief team (and other suppliers where relevant)
-Negotiate fees and costs with contractors and suppliers
-Commission photographers, illustrators, freelance designers/consultants etc
-Business development (with existing clients) and spotting other opportunities
-Print buying and production
-Raise purchase orders
-Invoice client fees (expenses billing and book keeping done by studio manager)
-Fee forecast submitting status of fee tracking and projects to the 'exec' regularly

In addition you will have a first rate education, with either a marketing, design management or business degree. Our client needs a robust and strategic individual who is highly competent at working across a range of disciplines from corporate branding and marcoms with international clients. With excellent communications skills you'll excel at getting the best out of creative's and growing relationships with key clients. You will live and breath brands with a real passion for brands, developing them within different markets.
