Are you an experienced agency New Business Manager or Director looking for a new challenge? If so then read on. You will need to have packaging or branding experience to be able to fulfil this role. The agency is a highly successful company operating for over 20 years and handling an interesting range of retail and fmcg clients. You will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of their markets, knowing who they should be targeting and how and will enjoy immersing yourself in their business. Your remit will include not only targeting new accounts, but also driving pitches and ensuring that the business is achieved.

You will be enthusiastic, highly motivated, a strategic thinker and carry real gravitas in meetings. You need to be competitive, imaginative, direct, influential, tenacious, persuasive and self-confident. You will be a good trouble-shooter, able to forecast any problems and then deliver solutions almost before they happen.

The team are friendly and sociable, hard working and strategic. They offer good account handling support as well as highly creative solutions. This is a full-time role, working on the premises and taking full control of new business activity.
