Account Director Beauty/Integrated London Up to £47k - + bens
Join this exciting top London agency as an Account Director to head up their largest account, working on a portfolio of beauty brands. A great opportunity for a candidate that has been an Account Director for 12-24 months and wants to make the next move. Areas that the agency specialises in include Digital, Promotions, Direct, Experiential and Sponsorship.
The Account Director will manage a team of at least two people.
The Account Director responsibilities include:
*driving the strategy for the portfolio of brands
*overseeing the day-to-day to ensure smooth implementation of campaigns
*client liaison, including leading and presenting at client meetings
*financial management
*creative management including running brainstorms, writing creative briefs, briefing creative, monitoring all team creative output
*proactively driving new business development
The successful Account Director should:
*have managed a medium-large sized account and be adept in spotting new opportunities for organic growth
*have had exposure to all elements of the marketing mix, in particular the development and management of a large website and eCRM campaign, plus sales promotion experience
*have an anything is possible approach
*doesn't accept the normal approach, but always looks to improve
