Account Director - Strategic Brand Consultancy / Packaging - SW London - up to £45k

This leading independent strategic brand consultancy and creative agency are looking for an excellent Account Director to join their team. They are well known in the industry for their strategy and structural design work.

They work across brand strategy, brand identity, portfolio strategy, packaging design, dispense design, innovations, consumer research, insight and planning.

The primary responsibilities of this role are:
- the development and management of strategy and design projects with existing clients
- managing and developing the agency-consultancy relationship
- financial responsibility for agency income from these clients
- preparing and presenting proposals, creative briefs and presentations to clients
- managing one or two account managers
- co-ordinating the input of other people within the consultancy
- creative planning
- project management

The new Account Director will ideally be:
- Imaginative and full of ideas
- Able to contribute to the briefing and direction of creative work

- Preparation, presentation, attention to detail
- Ability to articulate ideas and sell-in to the client
- Confident
- High standard of personal presentation
- Reliable, trustworthy, honest, organised and tenacious

- Identify and follow-up on opportunities
- Passionate, self-starting, self managing and motivated in a fast paced environment
- Drinks experience - Preferably gained in a branding and design environment, but client-side drinks experience will also be considered
