Experiential and events agency based in Henley are looking for a Business Development Manager to develop their sales pipeline….

The Company:

· Experiential and Events Agency

· Offices in France, Dubai and Hong Kong

· Provide innovative creative solutions

· Produce effective operational programmes experiential marketing, event management, exhibition design and management and marketing communications

The Role:

· Business Development Manager

· Responsible for developing the sales pipelines for experiential and event marketing

· Work with team to coordinate delivery of pitches

· Take client briefs

· Schedule resources

· Report to company management on new business reports

· Form relationships with existing and new clients

· Identify areas for new business

The Person:

· Previous experience of working in a recognised events agency

· Excellent sales skills

· A proven track record in sales

· Understand experiential marketing

· Exceptional communications, presentation skills

· Ability to influence and gain agreement at management level

· Good analytical skills

· Excellent planning and organisational skills

· Excellent writing and verbal communication

· Self motivated and a desire to work hard.
