Denholm's client is a well known, global drinks business with a portfolio of exciting and prestigious brands.
Due to on going growth, our client is now looking to appoint a Head of Brand Marketing to report into the Group Marketing Director. You will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of the brand portfolio, as well as all major initiatives and supporting financials, gaining board approval in line with the Group Marketing Director. Specifically you will manage and coach the brands marketing team ensuring all relevant stakeholders are kept informed of brand developments, marketing activities and issues relating to successful delivery of the five year business plan. Highly effective influencing skills are sought, as you will be responsible for engaging a range of stakeholders, local teams and distributors to ensure all are fully aligned behind the brand vision for each of their brands. First class leadership skills are required as you will lead and coach the team in the development and delivery of the core brand growth drivers and ensure these are effectively executed at a local market level. You will have overall P&L responsibility as well as managing team overheads and A&P budgets.
For this role, we're looking for someone who has proven people development experience and a real passion for coaching others towards success. You'll have proven FMCG brand marketing experience with strong commercial acumen. This a great role for someone looking for a new challenge and opportunity to increase their level of autonomy!
