Denholm's client, a leading global drinks business is currently looking to appoint a Senior Brand Manager to their Marketing team.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will be directly responsible for accelerating the value growth of your brand portfolio in line with business goals and objectives. Specifically, you'll be responsible for defining global brand strategies and supporting three year business plan financials in conjunction with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Director. You will be responsible for the brand P&L and budgets to achieve brand health and financial targets whilst ensuring brand activities and investments are sufficient to grow the brand portfolio. In addition, you will foster relationships with external partners from agencies to distributors to improve ways of working and share best practise. You will champion your brand portfolio ensuring each brand essence and positioning remains at the heart of all activities whilst actively building key external relationships and opportunities to secure brand growth.
For this role, we're looking for candidates with proven brand management experience either from the drinks or wider FMCG industry. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a flair for brand building and consumer centric thinking with good commercial judgement. You'll be passionate about consumers and have the drive and tenacity to deliver results. This role requires highly effective influencing skills and an appreciation of international cultures.
