Job Description

Our client is a leading name in the FMCG food manufacture and due to consistent growth within their core markets they have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager to create and drive growth through the development of the portfolio of existing and new products. Reporting directly to the Head of Brand you will be responsible for maximising product and brand awareness, sales growth and profitability. You will represent the business in various projects, demonstrate clear understanding of consumer behaviour, drive NPD plans and support the end-to-end product life-cycle. Other responsibilities will include coaching and managing the development of a brand manager, liaising with agencies and presenting to senior management.

In order to be considered for this role it is essential you have previous brand or product management experience. You will need to be creative, managed NPD projects as well as possess excellent numeracy and analytical skills. You must have a classical FMCG or retail focused background with a significant period of FMCG brand management within it. You will also have solid project management and communication skills, with experience of line management . Your delivery of results and success will be rewarded with career opportunities that are second to none.
