Job Description

Brand Equity is critical to the strength of this Global Giants brands and the overall strength of the company.  Thus this role is highly responsible and requires an innovative Marketor to act as the company champion for powerbrand equity ensuring the organisation has the tools and insights necessary to drive long term success. 

 

In this exciting role you will be the companys thought leader on brand equity driving learning across the Category Teams and across geography that will result in a strengthening of the companys brands. You will constantly be challenging the way the organisation measures equity and need to ensure that equity is front and centre of all NPD/EPD decision making.

 

You wil be responsible for:

 

  • Ad testing & Brand equity tracking protocol
  • Supplier Relations
  • Key Clients
  • Ensuring the effective use the optimum tools for pre and post 360 degree communication evaluation. To share gold standard learnings and case studies within the organisation.

The role demands:

  • strong influencing skills with both the Category and Area teams and strong leadership.
  • Effective management of key Global suppliers keeping them motivated and delivering to the highest standards.  
  • Deep brand Equity understanding and thought leadership within a client environment
  • Design and management of brand equity tracking/tools
  • Experience in creating, building and maintaining strong brands
  • Experience of influencing different teams within a client environment (marketing, R&D, media etc)
  • Experience at ACNielsen/ IMS Retail and custom research company experience a positive
  • Able to perform in a multicultural environment
  • Understanding of marketing processes and approaches
  • Entrepreneurial skills in terms of innovation and problem solving are key along with tenacity, tough-mindedness and ability to influence and demonstrate strong team working abilities and commitment.
  • Flexible to travel, if required
