World leader in Cosmetics requires a experienced National Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to join this global business synonymous with beauty, innovation and scientific excellence!
In this highly responsible role entrepreneurialism will be encouraged! You will have the ability to champion your account and challenge strategic direction. You will set yourself demanding goals and demolish obstacles to achieve them. Focused on quality and attention to detail, you will not compromise standards!
Key accountabilities:
- Manage a strong relationship with national accounts
- Oversee the supply chain within the account through forecasting and delivery
- Forecast accurately using data analysis and utilise SMIS system to help hit targets
- Ensure excellent service level to accounts consistently. Develop a strong network amongst a range
of departments within your accounts business
- Team up with marketing to produce commercial strategy and guidelines for a brand
- Employ innovative sales and marketing solutions to deliver value and exceed volume targets.
Develop Commercial solutions to issues
- Overall responsibility for your P&L, drive profitability
- Business modelling and business planning management with your account
- Manage promotional planning along with the marketing and merchandising teams, leveraging
opportunities for future growth/maximising product launches and promotional mechanics wherever
possible
- Work with marketing to deliver brand ambitions and vision within account in a way that
compliments customer strategy
- Work with category management to provide support and advise on ranging decisions and strategic
direction of your account
- Budget support - meeting profit, co-op/budget discount budgets/returns
- Capacity to analyse large volumes of data, with ability to spot trends and use your interpretation of
the numbers to create a positive outcome
- Build distribution of products and push for space, location & treatment opportunities create instore
theatre
- Presentations/pitches to accounts, co-piloted with Marketing, to launch & push new innovation
