Job Description

This Senior Marketing role delivering a rolling pipeline of NPD across a key product range in this global blue chip FMCG business is critically strategic for the team and thus requires the highest calibre marketer.

Through your own innovation, business case development and execution, your focus is to launch new products into the market whilst interacting extensively across a variety of functions, including Insights, R&D and Operations as well as key global functions. Developing a 2-5 year innovation pipeline to realise and transform the NPD delivery of the business to expand and intensify our core business areas.

As a suitable candidate, you will be an exceptional strategic thinker and have proven success of strategy setting and developing NPD from scratch. You will also require:

  • Full mastery of the marketing toolbox from an FMCG blue chip background.
  • Excellent ability to develop and understand insight to test hypotheses.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for recommendations at a senior level.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit to drive for results.
