Category Analyst

Superb opportunity to join this leading household FMCG business with global brands where our constant innovation keeps those brands at the forefront of the categories in which we operate. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the FMCG arena in an analytical role. You will help build business plans and drive sales through actionable insight. You will use primary consumer research tools of Kantar, IRI and ACNielsen amongst others.

We seek a pro-active, confident and numerate individual who can successfully build business relationships and present recommendations in an influential and persuasive manner. We are looking for individuals with strong analytical ability who want to work with the commercial sales and marketing teams, coupled with the passion and creativity to help drive the growth of their brands.

Experience gained within a Category Management role is desirable, although candidates from research organisations, insight or national accounts sales backgrounds will be considered.

Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills are essential.  You will be highly PC literate, especially advanced at Excel, and have the ability to adapt to new software.  Experience of planogramming would be advantageous.
