A global leader in the FMCG world is looking for an experienced Customer Marketing Manager or a strong Customer Marketing Executive to work with one of their no. 1 brands.
The vision is simple: to provide irresistible solutions for shoppers and retailers, with the main objective being to earn recognition as the leader in shopper and retailer engagement within UK FMCG.
The Role:
To develop and drive implementation of shopper marketing plans within the relevant customer(s).
This role has two key elements as follows:
*To be the undisputed expert in shopper marketing within the relevant customer(s), to feed this insight into the development of all brands' shopper marketing plans, and to execute to a class leading standard the shopper marketing plans for all brands in the relevant customer(s).
*To develop the annual shopper marketing plan for the relevant brand(s), and oversee the execution by the wider team of CMMs within agreed budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
*Implementation of customer marketing initiatives (all brands) in defined customer(s)
*Development of annual customer marketing plan for defined brand(s)
*Manage the customer marketing budget for defined brand(s)
*Manage Trade PR for defined brand(s) through allocated agency
*Support SCMM on key activities and ad-hoc projects
* Shopper marketing - in-store & Through the Line within FMCG/Consumer Goods
Project management of key customer events, POS delivery etc
Building and leveraging customer relationships
Dynamic character able to work collaboratively across functional teams
