Want to work out of town but continue to gain exposure to high profile FMCG clients? Our client is one of the top branding and design agency based in Windsor with an enviable list of blue chip FMCG clients. They are looking for an exceptional Account Director. The opportunity will involve a mix of business development, proposition development, project management and commercial management
Responsibilities include:
- adopting a fluid approach to clients and projects, working in particular, with the Client Partners and Designer Directors to deliver client work to the highest standards.
- Involvement in brand projects and research arm
Specific Responsibilities:
- Management and delivery of project work from creative proposal writing through to creative brief, working with designers, and delivery. Challenge the brief and inspire fresh ways of thinking that ultimately deliver the best results for our clients and their brands.
- Developing action plans and specific strategies to meet objectives based on gaining a thorough understanding of the category and client business.
- Delivering fresh thinking and insightful creative briefs and championing the brand idea throughout the project.
- Understanding the broader context of the consumer brand experience and adding value to client relationships beyond pure brand design.
- Manage and deliver projects, which result in clients briefing us on further work to demonstrate a good level of repeat business, and new opportunities.
- Billing responsibility, to generate and manage monthly billing and meeting appropriate margins
- Accurate forecasting, assisting and enabling the senior Partners to make well informed business decisions.
- To grow within the business and demonstrate leadership skills to encourage, nurture and motivate everybody to deliver their best.
- Involvement in new business pitches both within existing key clients and prospects.
- You could come from a variety of agency backgrounds including design/branding, packaging, and integrated but you must have strong FMCG experience, most importantly you'll have the gravitas to lead client relationships at a senior level, manage teams and grow business within an existing client base.
