My client, a leading telecommunications provider based in Maidenhead is seeking an experienced Brand Manager.
This is a really meaty role a meaty role, for someone who'd love the opportunity to drive a Brand forward and have a definite impact on the business. You'll be part of a new brand team, tasked with helping my client deliver a compelling and consistent brand experience across all touchpoints. You'll get responsibility for educating, inspiring and ensuring consistency throughout the UK business.
The job role will include;
- Manage a Brand Engagement program for all employees and third parties; incl. induction materials; brand workshops, agency briefings.
- Work with the global team, to ensure the Global Brand Identity and Guidelines meet the needs of the UK market.
- Manage the development and promotion of Brand Identity Toolkit; providing assets and advice to the company and third parties.
- Ensure measures are in place to monitor and assess brand consistency and undertaking annual business-wide brand audit.
- Manage our relationship with Customer Care teams in Glasgow and India, establishing closer links and ensuring consistency in terms of or consumer experience and internal brand culture.
- Lead product and services Naming within the business, working in collaboration with P&L Owners and the Global Handsets team.
- Actively promote the development of on-Brand experiences amongst other company departments e.g. work with Portal and Web teams re user experience
- Work in partnership with Internal Communications and HR teams, to encourage alignment between employee culture and Brand.
- Budgetary responsibility for the Brand team.
Skills and Experience required;
- Experience working as a Brand Manager (Ideal) or in a less specialised role e.g. Communications Manager or Marketing Manager
- High standard of interpersonal skills esp. negotiation
- High standard of communication skills - presentation, written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills & experience of creating and managing process from scratch
- Hands-on attitude enjoy the Challenger brand environment & working autonomously
- Experience dealing with Senior Management - gravitas
