Job Description

This successful retail marketing organisation has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to join their middle management team. You role will be to lead and manage the manufacturing department, covering print, finishing, assembly and despatch.

The role of Production Manager is to take direct responsibility for ensuring manufacturing efficiency, strategic planning, compiling KPI's, developing IS900 and instilling a continuous improvement and lean manufacturing culture, ensuring best working practices are identified and adopted. You will ensure capacity, quality, delivery and productivity levels are maintained and where possible improved.

You will also be required to maintain a high awareness of developments in products, technology and techniques that can increase quality, capacity, productivity and cost reduction.
