Senior CRM Analyst / Senior CRM Executive / CRM Manager £40K-£50K Herts

Senior CRM Analyst / Senior CRM Executive / CRM Manager needed by international multi-channel retailer.

The Senior CRM Analyst / Senior CRM Executive / CRM Manager will:

"Manage automated email programs
"Work with senior stakeholders to plan and implement specific sales & loyalty campaigns based upon customer data
"Measure the success and impact of specific campaigns

The Senior CRM Analyst / Senior CRM Executive / CRM Manager will initially focus on developing online CRM programs, both UK & International, and so will work closely with the email marketing team.

The Senior CRM Analyst / Senior CRM Executive / CRM Manager will have worked in a similar role for a large scale organisation with disparate customer data and have a strong background in data manipulation and analysis.

The Senior CRM Analyst / Senior CRM Executive / CRM Manager will ideally have a good working knowledge of SQL, HTML & CSS and be comfortable working on email & online campaigns.
