Job Description

Well known company based in Leicestershire specialising in the online retail sector is looking for a Customer Database Manager who is able to be creative and innovative.

The role:

·Interpret multi-channel sale trends
·Evaluate marketing success and drive customer acquisition and retention through effective use of customer data

The candidate:

·Relevant industry background
·Knowledge of software, statistical tools and relational databases such as SPSS
·Be a strong communicator/presenter of reports
·You need to be able to manage varied and high pressured work loads
