Brand Manager

Beer Company Marketing Department

Fullers is an independent, London based, award winning brewing and retailing group with a long and profitable history. In recent years the Company has grown rapidly by developing powerful beer brands, retail concepts and investing in its people.

We have a great opportunity for a Brands Manager to join our small busy Marketing Team. Reporting to the Brands Marketing Manager, the Brands Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for a number of specific beer brands and projects.

Duties will also include leading external agencies on projects, liaising with our PR Team to co-ordinate brand-led PR, and being responsible for a number of direct marketing initiatives.

This challenging role requires an enthusiastic individual with a previous commercial marketing experience at Assistant Brands Manager level or similar. They will also need a marketing qualification, such as a degree or CIM.

Strong communication and presentation skills are needed, along with the ability to inspire confidence in themselves and their projects. The ideal candidate must be a team player and show initiative and above all must be fully committed to making the role a success.
