Job Description

Our client is a CRM analytics business working internationally on behalf of major supermarket retailers to provide them with actionable customer data analysis based upon transactional and loyalty data with the view to building client revenue.

Working as part of a small, specialist analytics team from the agency's offices in SW London, you will be working on behalf of a major French Retailer, designing briefing and performing analysis to develop an in-depth understanding of customer thought processes and requirements. You will be utilising model and tools such as segmentation, targeting models and predictive modelling. You will be committed to delivering solutions for implementation, not just facts or insight

Your role will include a substantial degree of client contact - necessary to better understand the requirements of the client and to present the findings. Some travel will also be required.

Prerequisite criteria for success within the role include;

Fluency in French to a Business Level
Self starter, able to work independently with limited supervision.
Strong analytical skills
Creative thinking
Basic statistics – awareness of statistical techniques.
Data manipulation – used to analysing large volumes of data, and a general understanding of database principles.
Technical – Use of a PC data manipulation package such as SAS or SPSS, highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Very strong Written and Verbal communication skills.
Educated at least to graduate level.
A minimum of two -three years experience within marketing customer analysis
