My client is the leading independent retailer of train tickets, with over 8.4 million registered users, our websites and call-centres account for nearly 18% of national ticket revenues (excluding season tickets). - ASAP START
The are currently looking for a highly experienced Online CRM Analyst. The successful candidate will become the expert on the client's customer database both from a data/analytical perspective and at a strategic level.
Working with the client's Marketing teams you will be involved in data analysis, strategic planning of campaigns and CRM strategy, as well as providing ad hoc reports for day to day requests for decision support data. You will also be responsible for analysing customer trends and measuring below and above the line marketing activity and presenting these to the client.
Knowledge & Experience
Experience using database reporting tools, such as Business Objects and SPSS
Demonstrate a good understanding of database marketing techniques, including email marketing, target marketing and marketing segmentation.
Commercial understanding of marketing objectives
Have excellent analytical and statistical skills.
Desirable
Experience in using a campaign management system.
Experience in working with a large database.
