Skills and experience required:  You should be able to demonstrate that they have the following skills and experience: A sound understanding of advertising, direct marketing, digital and CRM strategy. The confidence, ability and personality to deal with and earn the respect of clients at Marketing Manager level and above. A track record of developing, implementing and managing complex, multi-media, communications programmes for major brands. Able to develop (with help) strategic ideas and proposals. A sound understanding of the production processes for digital, print and direct marketing. A sound understanding of a broad range of offline and digital media. Good written skills with the ability to write clear, concise and inspirational creative briefs and client communication. The ability, confidence and personality to deal with and earn the respect of your fellow team members and clients. Confident at presenting both strategic ideas and creative work. A yearning for leadership and management skills.
