My client is a leading brand activation agency and they are looking for an senior account manager to work on a blue chip clients developing integrated and promotional camapigns for a retained client.
You will currently be a Senior Account Manager in an integrated or Below the Line agency environment or a creative Brand Manager with a good understanding of the FMCG and retail sectors and the following attributes:
Essential:

Desired:
SP and promotions experience
Proven experience of negotiating & securing prizes from 3rd parties
Experience and Knowledge
At least 4/5 years experience in marketing
Solid consumer marketing experience
Knowledge of FMCG/retail market
Experience of working in an integrated fashion with partner agencies
Experience working with blue chip clients
Experience of working with a creative department and suppliers as well as sound knowledge of the print process
Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
Marketing qualifications (e.g. ISP, IDM, CIM)
Strong IT skills (MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Main responsibilities to include:
Client Partnership
Develop a strong relationship with Client Partners (across multiple levels from Vice President to Brand Assistant, and across all functions from Marketing to Customer Services to NPD to Operations)
Account Management
Effective development and delivery of numerous campaigns as detailed above, working closely with clients, the media agency, the ATL creative agency, the Digital Agency and all brand partners.
Ensure projects are managed effectively and completed on time, in budget and in line with strategic objectives
Work in partnership with Planning to create insights that drive creative excellence
Strategic Direction:
Working with Planners, client's Business Intelligence Team to drive the development of strategic initiatives within and outside of the Marketing Calendar
Be engaged in and support the brand planning and calendar planning processes
Work closely with your Account Director and Group Account Director in the identification, development and implementation of proactive value-adding projects delivered for our marketing clients.
People Management
Manage and develop direct report in line with TMSs performance management methods
Play a broader role across the client service team in coaching and development of all team members
Internal communication
Effectively communicate across the team, maintaining a motivating and positive environment and ensuring outstanding team work
Build relationships with colleagues throughout the Agency
Financial
Responsible for managing and reporting day-to-day costs of projects through effective financial planning, forecasting and management
To identify and leverage all additional revenue opportunities within existing Client base
