Take responsibility for optimising a new client’s communications activity in a hands-on consultancy role for this growing and well-respected company. You will be based in between the client (north-west of England) and head office in west London in order to develop both short and long term customer-centric DM and CRM strategies. There is also the opportunity and expectation that you would help train and develop more junior team members.
Our Ideal Candidate
You will be a brand and communications expert with a good understanding of the total communications mix and the role that DM plays within that. You will be commercial and date-literate and well as having a track record of strategic thinking. A background in retail or FMCG (either agency or client sides) is important. Confidence and assertiveness as well as strong relationship building skills are vital.
