Our client is seeking to appoint a permanent, full-time Account Manager for one of Europe's leading online sports retailers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Responsibility for the day to day running of two accounts
Liaise with merchandisers, buyers and externallicensees in order to ensure product availability
Monitor & analyse key metrics in order to understand and improve the customer journey and drive overall site conversion
Responsibility for achievement of financial targets set within the budget process
Creation and implementation of on and offline marketing campaigns (including emails / catalogues / top line marketing / social media dialogue)
Daily interaction with account stakeholders in order to establish a close relationship with key individuals
Prepare and provide monthly account reports for management supervision
EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES AND PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Proven background of delivering online marketing strategies & campaigns, preferably within the online retail sector
Solid analytical, quantitative, verbal and written communication skills (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
A thorough understanding of user-site flow dynamics and of online marketing technologies and strategies
Familiarity with web analytics tools and concepts
Pro-active attitude showing drive and ambition to constantly develop in the role
Results-oriented, attention to detail and strong negotiation skills in order to deal with internal and external stakeholders
