Job Description

Job Title: E-Shopper Marketing Executive
Location: Egham
Salary: Competitive

The new E-Shopper Marketing Executive will assist the Online Strategy Manager in planning e-commerce support for all Online Grocery Retailers. They will achieve this by planning, implementing and analysing e-commerce activities by Brand, Category and Retailer, with a particular focus on at least one individual customer.


To achieve success in this role, it is critical that the E-Shopper Marketing Executive maintains strong working relationships with online customers and has a true understanding of the online grocery channel and the best way to reach the online shopper. It is vital to ensure that investment in brands on online grocery sites are maintaining high levels of growth and providing return on investment.


The E-Shopper Marketing Executive will work closely with internal stakeholders within sales, marketing and category and have the ability to engage and influence. You must also be able to present and provide detailed analysis on data gained from online campaigns and market research.


The online grocery channel is one of the fastest growing parts of the Kerry Foods business. This job role has been created in order to continue that growth with a vision to triple the size of the business by 2015.


Key Accountabilities

Maintain day to day running of one or two online retailers by regular communication with online team at respective customer Implementation of online plans, by taking an ascribed budget and planning activity to get best ROI from assigned category and retailers Management of each online campaign/activity by checking sites and liaising between Online Customer team (external), internal Marketing and commercial teams Key point of contact within Kerry for an assigned category, providing up-to-date information to commercial, Category and Marketing teams Run during and post campaign analysis of each activity and source potential brands/categories to gain growth from online grocery channel Keeping up to speed with the fast moving Online grocery channel by reading trade press and through regular presentations/updates from assigned online grocery customer team


Previous Experience

Experience within sales and/or marketing essential Data and Excel literate essential Good presentation skills FMCG experience Experience within online sales and/or marketing desirable Experience working with or for multiples or other mainstream on or offline retailers desirable


Qualifications

Candidates are likely to be educated to degree level Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK
