Website Manager / Web Content Manager

Lyco Direct, based in Milton Keynes, are an award-winning B2B catalogue and online seller specialising in Lighting. The company has a range of over 4000 products and offers its customers a next-day-delivery service covering the whole of the UK. Due its continued expansion Lyco are now seeking to recruit a hands-onWebsite Manager / Web Content Manager

Your role will include:

• Controlling the look, feel and direction of the brand new, state-of-the-art website including adding new products, offers, promotion, banners etc, as well as managing the product data and images to ensure that the site is always dynamic.
• Managing the process of producing timely and relevant email campaigns to drive relevant traffic/buyers to the site
• Controlling the budget for SEO, PPC, link building and the affiliate programme to drive relevant traffic to the web site.
• Controlling the online marketing budget and must ensure all activities are brought in within this budget and maximise ROI.
• Developing and implement a Strategic online Marketing plan that meets the overall business objectives.
• Producing timely marketing management reports including email campaigns, web stats etc, noting performance and making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

You will have:

• At least 3 years active experience in a leading e-marketing role with clear understanding of the latest online marketing practices
• Previous experience in a Mail Order environment.
• Good keyboard skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Java
• Dreamweaver
• Adobe
• HTML
• Photoshop, Illustrator
• Quark In Design
