Marketing Assistant
Salary dependant upon experience, based in Shirley, Solihull.
Apuro are sole or principle distributors of branded commercial catering equipment including Samsung, Kitchenaid, Whirlpool and LEC to the catering and hospitality industry. We are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to aid the Marketing Manager in all aspects of marketing.
The role will involve database & website development, managing direct marketing campaigns, press scanning, mailer design, market research, and other administrative functions.
The position is ideal for a results driven creative individual who is comfortable when dealing with multiple projects. Good organisational and time management skills are required. The successful candidate will be bright, confident and an enthusiastic team player, with excellent communication skills. Willingness to take the initiative will be essential to enable the successful candidate to deal competently with a range of people and tasks and at times work unsupervised.
Computer literacy is essential and experience of Excel, Powerpoint and mail merging is essential. Knowledge of Photoshop is desirable.
A marketing qualification and marketing experience is preferred. This could have been gained in any industry.
