This stunning blank canvas venue is perfect for product launches, meetings, conferences, seminars and corporate events. The Sales and Development Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team to success by nurturing current sales leads and exploring new marketplaces to generate new business. They should be inspiring and passionate about the venue as well as about nurturing their team.
This young company has enjoyed enormous growth and they are preparing for much more.
They are seeking an innovative and passionate person to join their expanding team as a Sales and Development Manager. You will be sparky and able to hit the ground running. You will have a strong sales background.
You will also be responsible for delivering fluid operations. You will work with the events team assisting them to develop processes and innovation to ensure our premium product is delivered seamlessly, every time.
You should be passionate about hospitality and have an intimate understanding of the industry. Experience is a requirement as is the hunger for development of both yourself and your team. Ideally you come from a corporate background.
You will be reporting to the Managing Director and will be expected to perform to a high level. Salary will be dependant on experience and rewards will be plentiful for the right results.
