Job Description

Successful agency with a wealth of big names creating their portfolio. The agency specialises in corporate communications and channel marketing. Part of their integrated offering is exhibitions, conferencing and events. They are looking for an Events and Logistics Executive for a newly created role.

You will be working across a number of brands and industry sectors with a bias towards pedigree automotive clients. The work ranges from one-off award events to complex training roadshows.

The role:

·Co-ordination with internal and external parties for progression and completion of projects on time, to the highest quality and to budget
·Plan and schedule jobs
·Prepare proposals with costings and time lines
·Client liaison on a daily basis on all projects
·Sourcing appropriate venues and new ideas, concepts and suitable venues

The candidate:

·Strong knowledge of the agency processes
·Previous experience setting up events
·Understanding production techniques
·Creative thinker
·Confident at winning with events across all stages from concept to delivery
·Team player
·Confident and organised

The position as expected in this industry will require travel both in the UK and Europe, some of the UK destinations will require you to drive so a driving licence is required. Good holidays, pension, life assurance and income protection are benefits.
