Job Description

I am working for a brand and market leader in the UK decorating sector, who have aspirations to crack the global marketplace.  

You will work with a high level of autonomy but within a strategy which has already proven to be a successful one. You will be supported with a marketing team and a global manufacturing coordination team. The role is based in the West Midlands.  

The package will include a company car, Blackberry and laptop. You will be eligible to join the company pension scheme and participate in company profit sharing after a qualifying period. The career advancement opportunities are excellent in this rapidly growing sales division.  

The ideal Candidate will have experience of dealing with DIY multiples as well as a good understanding of the agent or distributor route to market.   Operating fluency in Spanish, French or German is essential, though sales ability combined with determination and diligence are also vital qualities.
