Due to massive growth an exciting and challenging position now exisits for a commercially aware Business Manager to join this global leader! Working in a lively team you will be responsible for developing, managing and maximising business performance within one of their largest accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated passionate and driven individual to take their career to the next level!
Key Accountabilities:
Developing and implementing a business plan to achieve joint objectives within the fiscal year to include NSV, NPD launches, profit and market share.
Developing and agreeing with the Business Group Manager the account strategy.
Develop, agree, achieve, review and evaluate volume/value plan by product by month.
Develop and implement a cost effective annual promotion plan that increases product exposure to the trade and the consumer.
Ensure that agreed account investment budgets are controlled, monitored and evaluated monthly in line with expenditure limits.
Ensure that all brands/products are located in the optimum site and allocated as a minimum requirement, the correct space versus DPP, market share and turnover.
Ensure that the account receives appropriate focus to enable effective business relationships and to implement and manage appropriate trading terms and price changes

Graduate calibre
Account/customer management
Data analysis and interpretation
Ability to problem solve
Excellent planning, organising and communication skills
Confidence and ability to negotiate at all levels
Skills gained within FMCG
