User Experience Consultant Research Consultancy
My client is an independently owned, UK based consultancy that specialise in customer insights, user centred design, marketing planning and digital strategy, with clients based around the globe from Europe to North America and Australia.
They are now looking for a user experience consultant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced team and grow a list of clients.
You will be responsible for providing consultancy and account management to a portfolio of clients in a variety of sectors including financial services, retail, telecommunications, travel and gaming.
The Role:
·Managing and delivering a wide range of user experience projects
·Analysing findings from user research to achieve your clients' project and commercial objectives
·Writing persuasive reports and presentations
·Preparing for and presenting findings and recommendations to client teams
·Account management
What's required?
·User experience in an consultancy/digital agency experience
·Proven experience of client management
·Great report writing and preparing of presentations
·Excellent communication and relationship management skills
·Attention to detail
