This role will sit in the Marketing division of the company which conducts market research in the FMCG/Retail sector. The position will see you getting involved in planning and implementing the marketing strategy for the department, working closely with the Head of Media Relations to proactively identify new opportunities to engage the media, build the agency's profile and relationships with clients and key influencers. A key focus of the role will be the delivery of an engaging communications programme ensuring the Marketing research division positions itself appropriately across all channels, and will involve input into the overall corporate marketing strategy.
Applications are encouraged from individuals with PR experience gained from within a B2B environment, and any experience of the MR/Advertising industry would be highly advantageous. You should have exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage and influence at a senior level. A confident manner is essential as is a demonstrable ability to lead client/stakeholder meetings independently with excellent presentation skills. You would need good numerical skills and be comfortable working with figures and budgets.
