CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:-

· Developing brand guidelines
· Launch NPD (from concept to in-store)
· Working with make-up artist for key information
· PR/Marketing
· Setting up an online brand treatment
· NPD forecasting
· Merchandising look and feel
· Consultant training and syndicates at conference
· Customer research

CLIENT REQUIREMENTS
You will be required to have an ability to spot key innovations based on a real understanding of our clients customers and the dynamics of the cosmetic market.

Success in this role demands creativity, attention to detail, excellent project management and communication skills, analytical thinking, ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload accordingly.
THE PACKAGE: Basic salary of up to thirty thousand pounds, plus benefits including, Healthcare, Pension.
