My client a leading global Brand Management Consultancy for the retail industry is seeking a fluent French or Scandinavian speaking Client Services Manager to work in their UK headquarters.

To be successful in this role, candidates will need:

- Relationship Management - the ability to build rapport with clients across multiple contacts
- Communication skills - concise and accurate but also persuasive and influential
- Presentation skills - first class communications skills
- Analysis & Insight  - commercial experience of qualitative analysis and delivering actionable insights.
- Excel - Data manipulation, spreadsheets and databases.
- Objectivity - the need to provide a balanced and objective opinion not tainted by personal opinion
- Bilingual - Ability to speak fluent French or Scandinavian as well as English You will need to enjoy the challenge of helping companies to improve their service and it is an environment where passion and enthusiasm are as important as technical ability and delivery.
Ideal backgrounds are:

- Market Research (ideally extending into brand, consumer loyalty, customer experience
- Analysis & Insight (preferably client facing)
- Account Management ( Consultancy and/or service delivery  background) If you have one of these backgrounds I would be interested in hearing from you.
