Our client within the beauty industry is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team based in South Hampshire. The main purpose of the role will be to interrogate, and interpret raw data from the customer database in order to provide insightful analysis and reports to the marketing department. You will also be the key communicator to the marketing department for customer and market trends.

Responsibilities:-

Ability to review data report requests
Liaise with managers across the business in helping to interpret the data provided.
Provide and distribute existing reports on a weekly, monthly or annual basis.
Assist in the analysis of management data.
Further develop the data analysis methodology within the Company.
Working closely with the IT team to understand the IT background of all management data systems in use and therefore fully understand the scope and source of data available.

Skills Required

Excellent skills in T-SQL, Reporting Services and Excel.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to prioritise and plan workload.
A highly analytical approach.
The ability to interpret and report on data an advantage.
A high level of attention to detail.
Exposure to Crystal Reports an advantage.
