A successful FMCG research & insight background is a must, ideally beauty care products and international, with a branding and/or product research leaning, also vital is the ability to influence and communicate to senior stakeholders across the business. Demonstrable experience in leading and developing a team is essential. This would be an ideal role for those who are looking for a contract with real influence within a global company which is at the very cutting edge of consumer brand marketing.
