About the Client

Working alongside the research, marketing and strategy functions at many of the world's most inspirational brands, this award winning global research agency is looking to hire an Insight Manager.

About the Role

The Insight Manager is responsible for the day to day management of our accounts and is usually the first point of contact for clients. The Insight Manager oversees and manages projects from inception to final deliverable. This is achieved by co-ordination of Senior Client Consultants, Client Consultants, and Operational resource to deliver excellence across our projects. The Insight Manager's hands on' involvement is particularly important at key stages - initial project design and shaping of our analysis, insights and recommendations. Insight Managers work closely with Account Directors on strategic planning for key accounts and business development. Insight Managers will also be the senior lead for clients on some non-key accounts.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrate capability of developing best in class insight and analysis skills - working with Account Directors to help refine commercial acumen and consultancy skills
• Comfortable working with and talking about quantitative, qualitative and analytics.
• Strong presenter
• Previous line management experience
• Experience of managing a P&L
• Lead meetings, great contributor in meetings, demonstrates ability to move things forward effectively and efficiently
• Adept in PowerPoint and Excel
• Resolving day to day account problems or issues, escalating to Account Director when appropriate
