Job Description

Marketing Director - Loyalty

The client is renound for making sure their clients know how to treat their essential customers better, developing ingenious campaigns derived through true insight, in order to grow profitability through strategic recommendations.

You will be resonsible for developing a customer driven approach to growing loyalty amongst your clients key customers. Understanding the key drivers that affect the clients business and being able to develop new opportunities to drive value is critical.

The role will encompass the day-to-day management of client business, the development of client relationships, management of key pieces of insight and liaison with and management of internal specialist resource. Building strong relationships with senior client contacts is fundamental to ensuring a strong working partnership.

You will;

* Use project management skills to manage the overall work plan anticipating and translating needs into an achievable plan
* Inspire and motivate the analysis team to deliver great work and ensure that all analysis projects deliver the 'so what' factor. Manages the team to ensure that insight is clear, concise and actionable
* Regularly present progress on the work plan initiatives to Senior Marketing team at leadership team meetings internally and externally
* Manage the work and resource effectively to deliver projects 'on-time' and 'right


Work Experience

Exceptional experience in the development and delivery of ongoing CRM / Loyalty programmes for multinational blue chip organisations, including the management of the creative and production functions.
Passion for insight and data driven strategies & campaigns, representing the 'customer voice'
Exceptional experience in the management and mentoring of multi-disciplinary teams, including direct line & 'virtual line' management skills.
Strong project management and development experience.
Experience in the management of large multi million pound fees and production budgets.
Exceptional experience in the management of clients at all levels.
Exceptional experience in both the development of existing client business and the winning of new business.
Exceptional experience working with retail clients.
