A leading innovator in on-demand market research, is looking for a seasoned and successful Client Development, Vice President to join the European team based in London.
About the Role
Candidates should be familiar with contemporary client relationship and sales methodologies and able to interact with clients at the most senior levels. The right candidate will be instrumental to our continued growth and be highly action-oriented and self-motivated. Responsibilities will include:
Help manage and grow the business in Europe by identifying, targeting, and landing high-potential blue-chip accounts in a diverse portfolio of verticals; FMCG, Consumer Durables, Technology, retail etc.
Develop sales plans and strategies.
Develop tailored research solutions based on online quantitative and qualitative techniques and advanced analytics
Manage the new business development pipeline.
Ability to identify clients' business needs and harness solutions to address those needs.
Provide reporting regarding revenue, profit and client generation, pricing, competitive activity, etc.
Ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
What We're Looking For
Supplier-side sales experience in ad-hoc, customer satisfaction/loyalty, primary market research (experience with FMCG is a strong plus; experience with on-line research ideal)
Proven track record of closing new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to sell technology-enabled/web-based products via a consultative approach
Ambitious with a can-do attitude and outlook
Happy to travel to clients within Europe
Ambitious and looking to grow into a role with increased responsibilities
