THE ROLE This is a new appointment central to the future success of the group?s global interests. You will be responsible for setting up a central marketing structure which will liaise with existing international offices to co- ordinate and develop the marketing strategy and drive growth across all routes to market. This is a highly diverse role that will involve a large amount of customer focus - seeking new opportunities to add value to large blue chip customers on a global scale. THE PERSON We are looking for a highly strategic, senior level marketer adept at setting new processes and leading marketing strategies on an international scale. This is a pioneering role within the business and will take a strong influencer and leader to deliver marketing plans at board level, whilst working with sales and cross functional teams across the group. With International experience, you will ideally come from a food manufacturing background, FMCG or perhaps another commodity led business selling into the food market. Marketing high and low value commodities and ingredients to major food and drink manufacturers, this is a truly rare opportunity that can open doors to board level within 18 months.
