This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading entertainments company as a Market Insight Manager. This company currently owns one third of the market share and have set down a strategy to grow their business in the coming year to 18 months. They need a Market Insight Manager to join the business and work to provide the 'bigger picture' to the rest of the business.
They believe insights will be critical to the further growth of the company. You will work to deliver actionable insight to all their customers (internally and externally) through the use of financially sound analytics. Using a combination of consumer data, market research and retailer EPOS data, you will ultimately create new opportunities which build and sustain the entertainment categories' sales and profitability.
Most of the team you will be working with are relatively new to the business, so have a lot of fresh ideas and potential. You will have considerable freedom to make the role your own through developing plans, organising activities, managing your own time and workloads and building relationships across all areas of the business.
They are looking for someone coming from either an agency or client side background, experience within the entertainments industry is not essential. However, you will need to have a solid background in market research having worked with consumer data, market research and retailer EPOS data.
