Are you interested in unlocking beauty secrets & understanding what makes consumers tick? This is a rare opportunity to work for a major global manufacturer within the health & beauty sector. Reporting to the Consumer Insights Manager you will scope & project manage a full programme of qual & quant consumer & shopper research. A full mix role, you will get stuck into ad tracking studies, concept screening, packaging & product research as well as consumer connections & brand diagnostics. Within this role you will be challenging in your thinking & come to this business with a fresh pair of eyes, to ensure in depth consumer & shopper knowledge for the marketing team.
Our ideal candidate
You will have a minimum of 5yrs experience in both continuous & ad hoc research, & have an excellent knowledge of broad research techniques & data analysis. You will also be highly skilled in the interpretation & analysis of research results, & be able to effectively communicate these to less technical members of the business. With strong relationship management skills & an open, collaborative style, youll enjoy a dynamic & fast paced culture, where there is a real passion for brands & a drive for results.
