Championing the consumer for a number of well-known personal care and OTC brands is the challenge of these exciting new roles with a global brand leader. In these key roles, working within a lean global insights function, you will support and guide brand and marketing decision making, helping to frame strategic and operational plans with leading edge consumer understanding. This will include managing and implementing best-practice qual & quant research programmes to understand issues across the marketing mix, working closely with senior insight directors and external agencies & consultancies. Exceptional career development potential.
Our Ideal Candidate
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills plus passion for brands are key for these challenging roles. You'll have a proven track record managing qual & quant projects ideally gained on the client-side but possibly in a leading research agency, with exposure to tracking studies, concept testing, volumetric studies, U&A's, segmentations and advertising development. Strong project management and communication skills are of course key - these are roles with extensive exposure to senior management and you will need to balance multiple priorities and make clear, structured and easily understood recommendations.
