Taking responsibility for market research and category strategy, you will bring the customer to the heart of the business. Providing clear direction through the provision of robust and actionable insights, you will identify opportunities for revenue growth and indentify key shopper trends.
This is a key leadership role, requiring an individual with extensive FMCG experience. You will have managed both ad-hoc and continuous market research as well as having category insights experience. An in-depth knowledge of the UK grocery trade is essential as is an understanding of brand management and NPD.
Able to demonstrate clear leadership potential, you will have a track record of building high-performance teams, delivering commercial success and developing others. You will be used to dealing with and influencing senior stakeholders in your current role.
